WE COVER ALL 50 STATES.  This will take the hassle out of locating an appraiser in an area in which you are not familiar.  We will assign the appraisal to a certified appraiser in that marketing area and then take care of the responsibility of managing the entire appraisal process.  We will continually update you with the order status.  The completed report will then be electronically delivered to you by your choice of portal or xSite, or in PDF format via email.
